If you find the need to make alterations to your order or if you wish to cancel it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at palette@gmail.com immediately after placing the order. Kindly include your order number along with comprehensive details about the modifications required for a swift resolution. It's important to understand that we cannot guarantee the feasibility of implementing changes, and unfortunately, once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Palette provides the convenience of accepting payments through major credit cards including Visa, American Express, and Mastercard, alongside the option of PayPal checkout. Please be aware that for orders processed using PayPal, an extra business day is necessary for processing.

Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate exchanges for returned items. All returned products will be refunded after they are received at our warehouse. If you require a different size or color, you will need to initiate a new order.

If the item is still visible on our website, there's a good chance we'll restock it. Kindly reach out to us at palette@gmail.com to be included in a waitlist, and we'll notify you via email once the item is available again.
